To help EQ answer your query,  please have your Omnilife policy number available.  If you don’t know your Omnilife policy number, that is not a problem. EQ’s Customer Services team will be able to trace your policy for you.

Your policy is administered by EQ on Omnilife’s behalf and they deduct any tax due as per the tax code supplied by His Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC). EQ can give you information relating to the tax paid on your Omnilife policy; however, any questions you may have on your tax code or the total amount of tax being deducted from your policy will need to be discussed with HMRC directly.
